Applying for a Level Advance
To apply to a Level Advance, you’ll need to provide business and personal information. Our Underwriting Team will use this data to help us understand who you are as a small business owner, so please ensure that you link your business earnings and provide specific details on how you will use the funding.
TIP: If your application requires a soft credit pull, please note that this action will not impact your credit score.
Curious about our process? Level reviews your linked business earnings to both determine creditworthiness and enable flexible repayment terms. You’ll be asked to link your business earnings when you complete your application. You may also add sources of business earnings to your Level Account once you are an active Level customer.
Monitoring your Application
Users may check their application status by setting up or logging into their Level Account. You will be notified directed via email should any additional steps be required. We'll also contact you directly once a funding decision has been made!
Some of our customers work with our platform partners, such as TaskRabbit, Dolly, HouseCall Pro. Others offer a combination of platform partner earnings as well as gig apps, such as Uber, UberEats, Doordash, etc.
Linking External Banks to your Level Account
Users link their external banks or credit card accounts by going to the Settings
button, then the Income
or Expenses
tab of the Finances page. Simply selectBanks & Integrations
to add a linked account.
As a Level account-holder, you will be expected to keep all business earnings sources linked to Level until your advance is fully repaid.
Business income that remains unlinked will not go towards qualifying you for larger funds and better terms. Income unrelated to your business (such as salaried employment) will not be included in Level’s services, so you get to decide.
Reapplying for additional Advances
You may reapply for another Level Advance only if you do not have an active balance on an existing Level Advance. If you have previously applied for an advance but did not take the advance (or were not offered an advance), you nay reapply 30 days after your previous application.
Log into your Level Account and click on theReapply
option in the Menu.
Protecting your Level Account
We take fraud protection seriously, During the application process, users must be the owner of any business earnings that they link. Applying to Level with business earnings that are not your own will prevent you from accessing Level’s services in the future.
